Decompression Therapy for Neck Pain

I had an injury 7 years ago and suffer from neck pain, upper back pain (trapezius muscle) and right arm pain (burning in bicep). Have been to many doctors, had multiple rounds of physical therapy, chiropractic visits, epidurals, Botox injections, trigger point injections, facet injections, RFA, acupuncture, and take muscle relaxers, Nsaids and pain meds to no avail.

The pain is getting worse. Went to see a chiropractor that offers decompression therapy. He said it will help me since my last xrays show my cervical spine is now completely straight and turned towards the right side. Also, the vertebra is pushing down on the discs, which is not good. Dr. said that 30 decompression therapy sessions will help me.

However, my insurance won't cover it and it costs around $5,000 for 30 sessions.

Has anyone ever had decompression therapy and has it worked? How about cold laser therapy?

Thank you for your time and help.
