A Time for walking

sometimes when your on your path,
there is a time for power,
a time for patience and ..
a time for peace.

Sometimes you just have to power up the hills in life, just like the old you did gut busting grind and tooth breaking gritting to just make every step up..this..hill.

Even though, and in spite of yourself, you just do it, even though you know the cost is more than your willing to pay , it gets done.
and the glory up there is swallowed by the agony of de-back...feat

Other times
there is a time for the task at hand to be stretched out, to be taken philosophically, and to be brought down piece by piece
this is the way of things.

And most times now
accept that you cant do it, you shouldn't do it because your no longer physically capable , even though your mind tells you so, refer back to part one...
then ignore it.

Settle your soul for the long haul, pace yourself , coz its a long walk ahead and though the end is always there, getting "there" is is the journey, the test and the lesson.

Put on your comfy but sturdy walking boots\the tail isnt always paved
its rocky
its muddy
and usually all up hill

so why would you want to get there, from here?
because you have to

there is no shortcut now

so the length and arduousness of the walk will be determined by the mindset to do it
know when you need to power
no when to peace
