We just got to leave with lower back pain, as people live with bad ears or eyes.
surely it is not just physical pain, but mental as well.
i found that simple daily routine and some rules may significantly decrease the level of lower back pain.
this is what i do daily and found valuable for me:
i start my day by sitting 10 minutes with straight back (during the day i also practice proper posture);
i use only very comfortable shoes;
i try not to carry heavy things (above 10lb);
i listen for smooth jazz in the morning and quiet relaxation music before sleep. music is good for mind relaxation.
