I have been doing some water exercises for the past couple of weeks. It feels so good to be in the water, and I am gaining some range of motion already. I am trying to do this on my own because I have had so much physical therapy that I could open my own clinic! But I haven't done water therapy before and I am just trying to wing it.
Have any of you done any neck strengthening exercises in the water? Right now I am working arms and shoulders, and legs and abs. Can't believe how much I can feel it with the resistance of the water! I sure hope it helps.
If you have any experience with water therapy, will you please post any suggestions on what to do? I have spoken with my prior physical therapist and will get getting some printouts of things to try in the water. Just wanted some info by those of you with experience.
Thanks for any ideas.
