Girlfriend jumped on my head and cracked my back/neck

So me and my girl friend were wrestling around and I was sitting on floor standing up as she jumped off the bed and landed on my back as my neck was pushed down I heard 3 cracks in my neck / back.

Now most of the pain is on the left side of my spine just by the shoulder blade. It hurts to move my neck and I haven't really been able to sleep since it happened. My back burns when I eat food and it is almost a annoying pain that sometimes can drop me to my knees almost. Also I am having a hard time getting up after laying down. The pain is the worst when I am laying down or looking up with my neck.

Can anyone tell me what's could be going on and if I should go to the ER... I have no insurance.
Btw I've been taking aleve for pain it does nothing. This happened 24hrs ago

    Welcome Message

Nobody on the forum is medically qualified to make a suggestion as to what could be causing all this pain, it sounds like you need to be checked out if there is no improvement.
