Post op ALIF s1l5

Hya everyone, I'm 42 and worried....., I'm 4 weeks post op from a l5 s1, ALIF.. Had been in agony for nearly two years with DDD, finally surgeon decided to operate..... So im managing to potter around the house and just managed a mile walk today,am I ok to do a basket of ironing and cleaning up... but I'm still feeling very weak and have alot of achy pains around my spine surgery area... My tummy incision which is from my belly button all the way down to my hysterectomy scar is healing nicely but still get bladder aches when I'm finishing a pee, I'm on 1000mg paracetamol and codeine 30mg 4 hourly and at night time I have 100mg tramadol too.... Is it normal to still be in pain?? I'm worried that I've done something to dislodge the cage, plate or screws, please advise me, many thanks xx
