What TYPE Of Doctor For Botox Injections For Spine?

With 6 fusions, over 8 surgeries including 2 for massive football sized Seromas caused by removal of a huge Large grapefruit sized tumor wrapped around the base of my spine, I continue to have soft tissue pain and spasms in my mid back & lumbar area. SO bad I literally can't take a breath at times without laying "just so" on one side or the other, I also can't even turn myself over in bed by myself. This lasts for 6 to 8 WEEKS, non stop then gives me 2 to 3 weeks of some measure of peace. Then without warning it is like someone TEARS the muscles in my back wide open with some kind of "zipper" being opened feeling.

NO treatments, steroids shots, surgeries, fusion, NOTHING has helped to ANY degree. Now on Fentanyl for over 10 months and ME wanting off of it so I can drive again and hopefully recognize my own wife...well, I want my life back but literally can NOT endure the pain. So I wonder, maybe Botox may be the answer? But what TYPE of doctor do I contact for this? Plastic surgeon, pain management? Seems every doctor I speak to ONLY wants to do one surgery after the other. Lots of money there right? PLUS, then when they screw THAT up, oh boy! MORE treatments and tests and...well, the "game" continues.

Wonder where to start with testing the theory of trying Botox as something new, for me anyway?
