Neck pain and tingling

I have numbness and tingling in my face, and also my arms and legs fall asleep more easily then they used to. I've always had very tight shoulder muscles with neck pain. I had an xray done. Here are my results. I have some questions, not for anyone to interpret the results, but just questions about what your experiences have found

I am female, 31 years old and have had neck pain pretty much all my life - the muscles are very tense in my neck, shoulders, and around my shoulder blades.

Here are a couple of the comments on the report. I have NO experience with any of this because I am very new to it all - so this language doesn't make any sense to me. Any time I google any of these words everything seems very serious, but my family doctor looked at this report and said there was nothing to worry about. I don't expect medical advice - just if anyone else has this same thing maybe they could explain to me your experiences?

"There is loss of the normal cervical lordosis with reversal of the curvature centered at about c4-c5"

"There is Osteophyte formation anteriorly at c5-c6"
Any thing I have looked up about this suggests this can be a very natural sign of aging - but I am only 30 - is that not younger than usual to have these formations?
