Thoracic Laminectomy

Hi I was just discharged from hospital .4/4/15, I was in to have a spinal cord stimulator implant from St. Judes, during the
beginning of the surgery the dr found compressed nerves at T10 &11 so he did a decompression Laminectomy first and
then the implant. I have been trying to read up on this but it seems it is rare to have this procedure done in the Thoracic area does anyone have any input for me?

I'm so,sorry I have no experience with surgery.
I do suffer with upper thoracic pain..almost daily..all day.

I would be very interested to know how you are doing post op? And how effective the stimulator is... I know it's early on, but when you able...I'd love to know how you're doing.
Thank goodness for doctor seeing and repairing compression !
Best of luck with your recovery!
