I have no idea what to do. I have had back pain for years but in the last few months it has been unbearable. I woke up a few months ago at 4ish in the morning because i was in so much pain. In an attempt to make the pain better i went to the kitchen to make a hot water bottle only to end up passing out on the floor. Since then this has happened probably 10+ times and usually lasts between 30mins to 1.5hrs. Sometimes i have even been sick from the pain. The pain is in the very middle of my back but i can also feel it in my stomach which is why im often sick. Ive been told its posture related by my GP but im really worried it could be more serious. Im going to work at a summer camp all summer and i am so scared that it will happen while im there. Does anyone have any ideas of what i could do??? I have been making efforts to improve my posture but these back spasms are still occuring. Any suggestions would really be appreciated.
