Hi- I'm 34 years old, female and had Scoleosis surgery 2 years ago T2-L3. Since then my life has changed forever. I have pain 24/7 10 times worts of what I had before surgery. Current taking hydricodone 10/325 to help me with the pain but sometimes I feel the medicine is not helping anymore.
I'm very optimistic of having my muscles waking up some day and having a normal life.
Any of you have lived something similar? What I can do to improve my situation? I am going back to physical therapy hoping this will help my back muscles. I also started going hiking to be active in some way but at the end pain is always there. Can't sleep just lying down is like lying on nails. i feel like I'm carrying a heavy backpack 24/7

Please help!!
