People register for Spine-Health because they are hurting and have alot of questions. So the first thing they want to do is tell us about what has been happening to them.
We try to provide a simple attachment to new member threads that ask a set of questions that with the member's answers, we all have a better picture of the situation.
There is one big negative in the way new posts are made. Its the long post with no paragraph breaks That makes it very hard to read. In fact, I know many members that when they start to read something like that, they stop and go on to another post.
So, to make your first post easier for people to read and become more effective make sure you add paragraph breaks.
