Ask your Primary Care first..Time matters sometimes!

Hello Spineys

A gentle reminder. Its easy to be frightened when your first hurt..

And you want to make sure that if you are really hurt..? that its time to go see your Primary Care Physician.

Yes..do so..they have all the tools and knowledge to diagnose and prescribe further help if you need it

Time may be of the essence to prevent futher damage from simply just trying to live your life normally.

Sometimes pain..isnt really what it seems..finding out becomes a priority so that if its minor? You can get fixed and go on..and if not? Stop damaging yourself....

Chronic pain people often say..If I only knew better"

Nows your chance!

Be well Spineys!
