Nevro SCS Was Working, Now Not After Rough Ride

Anyone have a situation where a fall or a rough boat ride made your SCS to stop working?  Was pain free and got caught in some bad seas. Just like after the trial, the pain took about a week to come back full force.  All diagnostic tests and Xray's on the SCS were fine. They upped the ampage but it isnt working.  Logically because the pain came back on the same time line as the trial afternthe boat ride. I think there is something broken?  Any suggestions?  They want to keep trying different settings but I doubt it makes a difference. Trama caused the SCS to stop working so why would changing the settings make any difference?

Thank you.
