Hi Everyone, :H

I have been posting for a few weeks but kinda forgot this bit which may explain why ppl aren't responding to my post! LOL. :W

Anyway, I'm here looking for supports and answers with all the other members. I am a Spondy and DDD case, failed union and 2 PLIF (1 revison) surgery. Like many others, would like to give birth to twins than live with this day in and out but since that is not an option I have I need to find my own answers and here I am. :))(

I am still in pain. Some positive changes post surgery but also some negative consequences and overall I am no better. Mobility restricted but I am still smiling. (Just) :? and just to reassure all those ppl with up and coming surgery, I am an exception not the rule, just jolly bad luck

So here's to Joining the 8} boards
