Sleep problems

Hi, around 11 weeks ago I had c4 c5 fusion following an accident. Above and below already congenial fused. I thought I was recovering well although I have the odd minor twitch. But the problem I have is when lying down usually when drifting off to sleep. I feel sick and very jittery and have an overwhelming sense that I need to sit up, so I do and if I lie back down same thing happens, it's extremely unpleasant so I just sit up all night. (Doesn't happen every night). It's a weird one but wondered if anyone else had experienced anything similar. I suppose there's a chance it's not to do with my neck but never experienced this before my accident. Any feedback much appreciated.
