l5-S1 left paracentral annular fissure and mild broad based posterior disc protrusion.

disc material is contacting the descending right S1 nerve root in the ventral space. Left S1 nerve root sleeve is slightly patulous. Disc material and end plate spurs cause moderate bilateral foraminal stenosis, worse on the right
