Bulging disc l4-l5 and radiculopathy

I just got my mri back yesterday. My mri says bulging disc left l4-l5 and my xray says facet arthritis and anterior bone spurs and mild spondylotic change. I was on day 7 of a 10 day pack of medrol starting with 8 pills per day. Could this have changed how my mri looked?

My radiculopathy (l3-s2)is mainly down my right hip and leg with pain in certain spots and then both legs feel like they are asleep (heavy and lite tingling). My doctor thought this was weird because I have been saying from the beginning (2 months ago) it's my right side then the bulg is on the left side. Could the steroid change my inflammation that much? When I had the mri all my radiculopathy was gone but I know the steroid only helps me for about 3 weeks total before I'm back in pain and can't move. It's been 13 days since I started the steroid and my back is already starting to hurt today and I haven't done anything. I'm supposed to start a new kind of pt for my back now before seeing a surgeon. Hopefully it will help!

What happened? Were you in an accident?

Have you exhausted all conservative treatments?
