SI and Hemanginoma

I am recently recovering from a l3 -l4 lumbar fusion. I have also been diagnosed with two hemanginomas at the area of my tailbone. I am curious if others have had hemanginomas, especially in this area and if so how was it treated? My Dr wants to get through the recovery of the fusion before treating the hemanginoma. It does cause me a pain in my tailbone and hip area, but the pain is nothing like what I had prior to my fusion. Any feedback would be appreciated.
