Avatars - Better resolution

i have posted this subject many times and i still think its something for members to look at.
when you find a picture that you want to use for your avatar, there are a few things that you should follow:

1) has to be no larger than 85 x 85 pixel resolution
2) file can not be bigger than 30kb
3) file should be saved for the web

following this rules and you should have a crisp clean avatar

here is an example of an avatar that doesnt follow those rules:

if you have any problems trying to make your avatar crisp, i would be more than willing to work on your photos.
