  • if you keep the exercises up. I have found walking,swimming & doing exercises to strengthen my body core have had a positive effect on my recovery.
    Everybody seems to heal at different speeds & ways. The tissue recovery is the easy bit, it's getting the friggin crazy nerves to settle that can be challenging and that is just a time thing.
    Keep doing the exercises, it will help in the end. :)))
