Hi guys,

hope all are doing well.
Well im 24 year old male and just had my left bicep distinal surgery. To be excat it was on november 4th / 08
Now i have a few questions about it but i'll post that in a differen't section.

How it ruptured?
preforming deadlifts. I was using (left hand under hook ) and right hand overhook grip convo. style.

then snap and ouch!
