Hi guys,
Today, I returned to work, having been redeployed by my current employer into a more varied post so I can move about and not sit at a pc all day long. I am working in a library in a local hospital. I am still taking pain killers and diclofenac to get through the day but I can manage, I think. One day at a time, fingers crossed my back will not relapse :)
Good news at last.
