My name is Ron Irwin, and I am suffering with a degenerated disc between L5 and S1. I have been in pain for some time now, about a year, a couple of weeks ago I dropped my toothbrush, when I bent over to pick it up I experienced a pain like I had never felt before. Went to the doc and had an MRI, things did not look so good.

I am heading in for a ESI on monday, and have been on pain meds since the incident and am not so crazy about the pills.

I joined this group to hear from others with similar problems.

I look forward to making some friends here.
