Last post too long...

Hi everyone,

Sorry my last post was so long! Too much detail, I think. I will worry about my bad habits later. I am wondering about similar issues with multilevel canal narrowing (in my case all through C-3, C-4, C-6, C-7), central canal and foraminal stenosis, etc. and what goes on with your issues. I am particularly interested in any experiences with leg pain or heaviness, and if this may signal surgery, or could go on for a long time. I am pretty anxious about the possibility of surgery.

This is all brand new to me. I would love to talk to anyone who has had neck surgery with similar symptoms, or is managing without (my hope!) I am reading about pain management and I appreciate what is on here. Maybe I should just read more on the site, which I will!

I know we are not doctors, but this sure is helpful!
