Hi, All. I am new to your website, but I really like what I've seen so far. I am a long-time back pain sufferrer with a history of back surgeries, looking towards a quadrupel level fusion on Feb 19th. I would love any advice I could use before hand. Thanks for the warm welcome! Cindy


  • Is this your first surgery? It sounds rather extensive. I wish you all the best and a complete recovery. Charry
    DDD of lumbar spine with sciatica to left hip,leg and foot. L4-L5 posterior disc bulge with prominent facets, L5-S1 prominent facets with a posterior osteocartilaginous bar. Mild bilateral foraminal narrowing c-spine c4-c7 RN
