Spondylolisthesis (spinal fracture)

I'm new to this site, and wonder:
Does anybody else have this diagnosis? I also have stenosis (no surprise--) and the pain is so wearing.

As a result, I am not as active as I should be, and I have gained quite a bit of weight. I don't know of any exercise which I can do except swimming, and I stopped going to the pool because loneliness there just exacerbated by ongoing depression.

I do little around the house because of pain.

Anybody out there feel like this?
