i'm going to see a PM Dr. for the first time next Wed. the 23rd what should i expect on the first visit?

  • he will exam you, look at your records and ask you questions about your medical history and pain. Next he should suggest what he may be able to do to help control your pain.

Some PMs (mine dose not) will take a urine specimen to make sure that you are taking whatever meds are prescribed and not taking what is not prescribed.

Good luck and keep us posted.
