neck pain

Can anyone tell me what may cause neck pain and not being albe to bend it back,i fell about 5 months ago and i also get headache because of it,and it is always stiff.


  • Welcome Bedawgs. There is lots of info on this site which should help you understand how the neck works and what can happen. Have you see a doctor yet? After 5 months of pain I personally would have it checked out.

    As Kris suggested, since it's been five months, I would go to your PCP to have it checked out. When first experiencing anything, whether spine-related or not, it's always best to start with your PCP and let them start the job of diagnosis.
