Just joined. I'm 34 y/o mom of 2. Just had anterior/posterior lumbar fusion 4 weeks ago today. No injury, just degenerative (hereditary) stuff I guess. Spondolithesis, 2 ruptured discs and essentially no vertebral stability by the time I had surgery.

Welcome to Spine Health!! Sorry you had to come due to back issues and then surgery. You are among a group of friends here! You're early in you recovery, so try and make sure to follow doctors orders as they say... to a T! Welcome aboard!!!
