  • At the end of the day, all back/neck pain aside. It's hard to top that.

If you're still having those problems. Go to the drug store and get some Magnesium Citrate. $3/bottle. Drink half of it and a full glass of water. Wait a bit. If nothing happens after an hour or so. Take the lats half with another glass of water. Hang on, stay close to the bathroom, when it comes, it's all coming out...

If/when you use that drink lots of water after so you don't dehydrate. That can happen with this method.

Tell it like it is, brotha! LOL
  • So glad others get my sence of humor in all this and can have a little chuckle with me. I always say laughter is the best medicine although to much right now gets a little uncomfortable but much rather laugh than cry.

    thanks for the responces.

    i needed that laugh, thanks
  • My medicine cabinet is amazing. All the prescription bottles and poop-producing products. It takes up a whole shelf.

I have the Magnesium Caltrate that Graham suggested for emergency purposes, but haven't had to use it yet. Miralax is working well for me, but I'm just on normal level daily meds. But when I have to up my meds due to increased problems, I need the stronger stuff. The pressure from not being able to have a BM is just something I can't deal with on top of everything else.
