Just wanted to say hi to everyone and wish I had found this site BEFORE I had surgery!
I had a golf ball size tumor removed from within my spinal cord last June, which left me with some to almost no feeling on my right side. but, I was walking, talking and all of that fun stuff afterwards so i live with the numbness.
June this year, my neck was really hurting and I was taking a good bit of vicodin for the pain. I got three opinions on waht they thought was wrong, and turns out I had no support in my neck from the laminectomy done last year. so in October I had a spinal fusion of C3-C6.
So far I have no pain in my neck like it was before. My muscles still ache from time to time and I still have muscle spasms, but does not compare to before surgery.
anyways, hello everyone
