what can i do to help the pain please can you tell me what helps all of you open for advise please help xxx

  • You have low back pain? Nothing can help as much as a good prescription for strong pain medicine, but there are things that can help. Lying flat with your knees up takes pressure off the lower back. Heat can be very helpful, or alternating heat and ice. It can, at times, be dangerous to lie on a heating pad (it can cause burns), so you might want to try the Therma-Care heat wraps.

    Hang in there.

    3 level spinal fusion, L3/4, L4/5, L5/S1, November 2008. Stiff, but I can walk.
  • thank you verey much for your reply i give the heat pads a try
