Physical therapy question

Does any one do hamstring streching? I don't know hot to and don't have a physiotherapist right now. Anyone has a suggestion

  • I have herniated discs in the lower back, so I use a stretch strap. You can buy this online or at any sporting goods store. There are loops where you can insert your feet into. I lay on my back with legs straight. Place one of your feet into a loop and pull that leg up and towards you while keeping the other leg on the floor. This does not place stress on the lower back, but allows you to get a very deep stretch at the same time.
