My lower back always hurts, and when i stand for long periods of time, it becomes excrutiating, along with my mid/upper back.
This is completely relaxed, when i try and stand up straighter, i can put my shoulders back and everything but my back still tilts foward like in the picture
My question is do i have a medical condition? or are there certain parts of my body that are weak/tight that need strenghtened/stretched
