Lyrica Side Effect

Has anyone who has taken lyrica had a side effect ot discolored big toes? I have been on lyrica about 5 or 6 weeks and my nails on both big toes are discolored. It looks like a bruise that you get when you drop something on your toes. It is just on the big toes and there is no pain. This did not start until I started taking lyrica.

  • NO i haven't heard that one and we have many many post on lyrica here. If it is a concern you should call you doctor as it could be unrelated to the lyrics and related to something else.
  • I was curious how this turned out for you, did you talk to your doctor, and was the issue due to the Lyrica?

I know that LYRICA may cause swelling of your hands, legs and feet. This has actually happened to me, is it possible if your feet were swollen, that you actually did have bruises on your big toes from swollen feet not fitting in your shoes properly?

My daughter plays basketball and she has twice had bruised big toes and lost the nail actually from how her shoes fit during a game, due to swollen feet or to thick of socks or whatever.

I hope it all worked out.
