Best c1 c2 occiput fusion surgeons in California or country?

I need a c1 c2 and possibly occiput fusion very soon. I wanted to know who in the country does these surgeries often and well? Anyone know? I live in Los Angeles, but it seems that even the two top hospitals here have not done this surgery often. I'm worried I'll end up with someone that isn't good.
