Spine surgeon in Tampa needed, looking for references

Hi, new to this forum. Been dealing with pain from herniated disc for over 2 yrs and its getting worse. The MRI result was Large central disc herniation at L5-S1 compressing the ventral subarachnoid space and nerve roots, also central canal narrowing, and mild posterior spondylosis at L4-5. Anyway, I'm in alot of pain now, running down both legs, in hip bones and joints and even in my front abdomen (bladder) area. I've dealt with the pain for so long and can't take it anymore. I want a fix, not drugs, tried therapy did nothing. So I want to see a surgeon in Tampa. Seen a couple and wasn't too keen on them. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I'm a working adult, on my feet all day and I'm a RN nursing student. So if I was able to lay around all day, it would be ok, but thats not an option. Help wanted. thx
If you want to send me specific doctor info, pls send it to luckyhorse66@verizon.net.
