  • Hi there, Kat:

Have you been to see a doctor - an orthopedist or a neurologist? If not, it might be time to set one up.
People on here can only guess what might be wrong with you, but without you seeing a professional, that is all it would be.

I would encourage you to schedule an appointment with someone who can see you in person, get your history and guide you to the appropriate specialists, if necessary.

You may be doing everything properly - sitting, standing, etc - sometimes it is just structural.

Good luck to you and keep us posted!

I wouldn't think even a doc could look at a pic of your neck and tell. So Please get in and see doc and I'm sure as most do will order tests, xrays, Mri's.
Depending on your insurance. Most have to see a primary doc first to get a referral, if you need a specialist.

As Liz stated tons of info here and great group of ppl. We are not docs, so please go see your doc.
And keep us up to date.
Sorry for your pain and I hope you will keep posting and read all the great info.

sorry you had to search us out but glad your here. Tons of supportive ppl

neck, bone spurs pain started 04, back issues and fusion l4,l5 06~hardware removed.

I went to see a doctor a few months ago and got an mri of my upper back and he said everything looked fine and didn't give me much information. But honestly it doesn't seem fine to me...
a little over a year ago i was seeing a wellness chiropractor 2 times a week and that seemed to help. Unfortunately I can't afford that anymore and right when I stopped going my back started to hurt again.
    Thanks for the advice though.

katly You start exercise 10 time in a day your face up and down and left and right slowly slowly ....

    The Spine-Health Moderator Team
    ** Warning **

Before you start any exercise program, you need to discuss it with your doctor first to get their approval.
What may sound like a simple and harmless exercise may be very helpful to him, but can be very dangerous to you or someone else
