Spinal Cord Stim for SI pain?

Has anyone used a spinal cord stimulator for SI pain and did it work? I have been told that I would not be a good candidate for SI fusion as I have a connective tissue disorder and even my scar tissue is weak.

  • I've had excellent results from wearing an SI belt every day. My SI joints would lock up at the drop of a hat. Now they don't.

Hi Lisa.  I have SI joint pain. I have a connective tissue problem, too. Did you get a stimulator or has anything helped?.

  • I had a pain doctor talk to me about a stimulator  for my SI Joint pain. When I spoke to my orthopedic dr. he told me it wasn't a nerve problem so it wouldn't help me.

A stimulator is not just for nerves. It's for all sorts of pain. Bone, joint, muscle, connective tissue, soft tissue damage, etc
