I am going nuts ...or am I?

Hi

I am now 9 weeks post op (decompressive laminectomy) and am getting pain in my right hip. It feels like I want to stretch and snap it back, obviously not going to. Daft I know but it feels as if its going to dislocate. Could it be related to my op or is it just that I have been walking( I say walking, more of a shuffle) prior to the op compensating for the pain and now that I am relatively pain free and walking properly its making me use the muscles that have not been used for a while? Dunno !

Also, like others on this site, I am getting nerve spasms and muscle pain in legs. I have put this down to the invasive surgery and will have to wait for time to heal. Its mostly when I am in the laying down position. Yeah I know " don't lay down" ha ha ha

Be interested in what you peeps think
