Pain in upper back, left: shoulder blade, shoulder, and forearm

For the past 5 days I have had pain in my upper back around my shoulder blade. I also have pain in my left shoulder (top and front by the underarm), pain in my elbow and forearm. I am left handed. I am a little sore around the neck as well.

anybody else experienced anything like this before?

My business requires me to do some heavy lifting throughout the week, though I am trying to do as little as possible as of late.

Any advice greatly appreciated!

  • I'm not a doc, but your symptoms sound like they're coming from the C8 nerve root, which comes out between C7 and T1. Hopefully by now, you've gotten to see a doctor, or with any luck, the problem has resolved on its own.
