Clicking when I walk

Had fusion surgery L1-L5 on April 30th 2013. Had 3 bulging disks and compressed nerves also severe stinosis. Everything was going great, still hurt somewhat but no nerve pain shooting down legs anymore.. Went back to work July 18th Then about in October I noticed a clicking sound when I walked. Kinda felt like something was rubbing. Scared to call the surgeon, don't want anymore surgeries but the pain has gotten so bad can barely walk.right leg feels really weak, pain is in the butt check area. Eat ibuprofen like candy. Anyone had this experience?

  • Ibeprophen not good on your stomach and liver. If something wrong you need to know so permanant damage is not done. You don't have to consent to surgery.
  • I know it's what I need to do. If it gets worse I will, just scared of losing job if I have to be off work again.

Its a fine line an hard choices.. I gave up the salary job an went to part time (afraid I would get fired). But was so sick couldn't even do the part time! Finally gave it up too.

I am lucky, my son is paying my bills so haven't list the house or any thing. I know many people don't have any one to help.just be careful.
