Does my new insurance know my med history?

I just turned 26 and went from my dads health insurance over to medicaid.
Does my new medicaid plan have access to my records that my last insurance had?
a couple weeks before I turned 26 I was going to physical therapy and the insurance I had denied 8 of the 16 appointments my doc requested, which I thought didn't really matter because I was about to turn 26 and didn't have time to use up the 16 appointments. Now i'm wondering if medicaid is gonna deny more appointments because my last insurance did? or do I have a clean slate to work with?

I don't wanna call my physical therapists office and ask because I wasn't happy with my new phyiscal therapist/scheduling so Im still trying to decide if I should find a new physical therapy clinic or go back to the place I was having problems with, I only had 5 appointments with her, but in 2012 I had 23 appointments at this same clinic but with a differnt physical therapist that was very good but she moved, im still really bummed about that, we had a great realationship and she helped me alot.
