So bummed out

3 years ago I had cervical surgery. I had a laminectomy on C7 and T1 and fusion from C5 to T2. I was just doing great. Wasn't much I could not do. Within the last month I've started getting very stiff necks and headaches. The muscles in my neck area will get like rocks. I've also noticed a strange feeling in my back like bugs crawling a it. I also have a tingling feeling in my right hand but it appears to be my whole hand and not just a finger. I'm thinking this may just be anxiety because I'm very scared and stressed out. I've got a doctors appointment today to schedule a MRI so I can go see my Neurosurgeon. Is it possible all this is due to the high stress I'm experiencing right now with my life? Could my muscles be tightening in on my spinal cord at C7 and T1 causing this? I just don't think I could go through that surgery again :(
