Posterior annular bulge

Hello, I went to the doctor and his impression was:

C5-6 level shows a 2mm posterior annular bulge.

C6-7 shows bi-lobed subligamentous disk extrusion that measured 6*4 mm in craniocaudal and ap dimensions. the ap dimension of the canal is 7mm consitent with moderate central canal stenosis. Disk extrusion nearly completely obilterates the right foramen where the disk extrusion measures 4mm in the transverse dimension.

Any suggestions on how to relieve this? I am in extreme pain.
