Tilted Hips?

My right collarbone is more prominent than my left collarbone
My left hips is higher than my right hips

I sometimes feel pain on my right butt when I stand abruptly after sitting
I often feel pain between my shoulder blades but I guess it's due to stress
Sometimes I feel midback and lower back pain
My right foot always aches particularly the sole

I often do all things with the right side of my body
When i do exercise such as push up for example i tend to put more weight on the right side because it seems like my left body is weak. When I try to put some weight on my left part, my left wrist hurts

What bothers me most is my visible uneven hips which makes my waistline uneven. Sometimes my body tend to lean on my right side but when i notice I usually correct my posture. While walking I feel that my left leg is shorter. I have consulted an ortho before (5yrs ago) but he told me that he doesn't saw any physical /spine problem that's why he just given me muscle relaxant for my back pains. But then a few days ago, i noticed that my left hips is higher now than my right hips.

Just to make a visual, while i bend forward, i let my sister feel my spine and then she draw a line while following its alignment. The result shows no curvature on my spine nor discrepancy on my shoulder blades. But we found a clear difference between my right and left hips. (My left hips is 1inch higher than my right hips.

Can you give me some advise about my hip problem? Thanks
