T9 Pain, radiates into lung

I am a new member. I have had 4 fusions in 14 years. This has resulted in hardware from L5-to T10. My last surgery was 2010. I was doing fine, 2 years post-op. Then about a month ago, I started having pain above the fusion, and under my shoulder blade. It is painful to breath, and the pain radiates on that same rib. I am wondering if anyone has any insight into this pain.

I am having a Myleogram Monday, as they cannot do CAT scans with the hardware I have. Any comments are appreciated.

Thank you
