What streching and exercises should I be doing after seeing this x ray

Iv go this x ray of my lower back today.. Im not sure what to think about it.
Can anybody give me some advice and the best methods to fix this..
Is there any exercises or stretches i could be doing that would help or prevent some of the pain I am having.
Iv been doing cobra streches for the last year but now im thinking this could be a bad thing.

Please give me some advice

    There is nobody on the forum qualified or permitted to give advice on a x-ray, mri etc, you need to consult your doctor to get advice on your options.
