crps and extreme ear pain and ear sensitivity

Hi everyone, I was wondering if any one with crps has it in their ears.
I can not listen to tv, talk on the phone, be around people who talk at a normal tone.
My ears are stabbing and burning, just to touch my ear lobes is unbearable.
If I touch my neck it goes up to my ears deep inside the ear drum.
Thanks
